Our standard print times are 7-10 business days. This includes the time for processing, printing, and packaging your custom photo prints with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email to keep you informed. Please note that shipping times are dependent on Canada Post schedules.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on our custom photo prints. Each order is meticulously crafted to meet your specifications, and our commitment is to deliver a product of the highest quality.
